Today I remembered the time about a year ago , when my sister sent me a link to some photos a guy on Facebook had put up. They were of two guys in a courtyard outside his flat, who were screaming / playing instruments / wrestling, in only their underwear, covered in mud. The guy's captions were hilarious. He had no idea what was going on. The whole thing went sort of viral locally.

It was funny enough at that point. But then I found out that those two guys were my old music teacher and my best friend's brother, filming a video for their band. So I had to tell my sister 'Yeah I know them and this is standard behaviour as far as they're concerned'. All whilst crying because oh my god it was so fucking funny.

There was a display about the nutrition/food related services offered at the doctor's office, including some informational pamphlets. One was "What's Causing This Gas?" There were also recipes in the display. The first to catch my eye was for bean and cabbage rolls.

I think I found out what's causing the gas.
