@Minitiate it's been another few hours, how're things going?
Sorry, I'm eastern time. Probably should have included that in my original request!
so in an hour or two at this point, yeah @idiomie ?
Well, I think I'm pretty good at this point. The paper is a little more than half written, but the site where all my sources are located (online academic journal hosting site) is down, so I can't write anything anymore, unfortunately.
I am trying out color-coded labels on my daily 'To Do' lists.
Late, but I did manage to get the things I was trying to do done, and the thing they were for went relatively okay.
I cannot wash my hair bc it is Cold and also bc I don't want to lose all the blue dye to my super strong shampoo.
Cannot buy new shampoo bc waiting for car to be fixed.
I'm in a cycle idk how to handle it halp it's been more than a week since I washed hairs.
Do you happen to have baking soda? I think it can be used as dry shampoo in a pinch. I don't think it strips color, either.
It doesn't take care of the Cold problem, but just rinsing your hair under hot water for a while while running your fingers through it can help you fake it a few more days. It helps distribute the oil down the length of your hair instead of being so heavily concentrated near your scalp. Patting it with a clean towel and then continuing to finger comb while using a hair dryer can also help.
Fair warning though, I have no idea how this would affect color treated hair.
You could mix a small amount of your shampoo with water to weaken it and use that.
can somebody check i've gone to the gym in about 13 hours?
Hey, how's heading to the gym going?
i did it! thanks
Does anyone know of an app that'll tell me when to go to sleep and wake up. I'm having alot of trouble going to bed before midnight for more than 2 days in a row. I've found several that will wake me up with smart technology or something, but no special features for helping me get to bed at a decent hour.
I've used the alarm on my phone, but half the time I ignore it or won't set it.
There's a feature in the iPhone clock settings called Bedtime, but I haven't tried it myself since I didn't think it would mesh too well with my non-24 hour circadian rhythm. The internet says it attempts to gamify sleep to encourage the user. The app says it will give you a reminder for going to sleep, which kinda sounds less useful to me than an alarm personally. I'm not sure about what's available for other mobile operating systems.
yo could someone ping me like 3 hours from now and ask if I’ve found a pattern for the thing I am making and also if I’ve looked up the nearest fabric store? thank
Pattern get? Fabric store located?
fabric store located!
pattern not get, yet...having trouble finding what I want :/ gonna try again when I get home, maybe computer will somehow yield better results than phone.
Before i left for work i got out the health insurance forms i have to send off to get back like...$400....
theyve been put together since last july (when my mom was last here) and ive had the accompanying government papers to send off with them in my email for months. I now have a couple more reciepts to get out of the Tax Shit Folder and attach to it (ps THANKS PAST ME, for actually putting shit into the folder as you go. Thank u, u have saved me much grief from trying to find a zillion dollars worth of prescription receipts)
but yeah i'm gonna get this sent off on monday and probaby get reimbursed close to $500 or $600 with the new receipts
Why does my second insurance not just fuckin, cover the shit without me having to wave it at their faces again.
