@Minitiate it's been another few hours, how're things going?
Sorry, I'm eastern time. Probably should have included that in my original request!
so in an hour or two at this point, yeah @idiomie ?
Well, I think I'm pretty good at this point. The paper is a little more than half written, but the site where all my sources are located (online academic journal hosting site) is down, so I can't write anything anymore, unfortunately.
I am trying out color-coded labels on my daily 'To Do' lists.
Late, but I did manage to get the things I was trying to do done, and the thing they were for went relatively okay.
I cannot wash my hair bc it is Cold and also bc I don't want to lose all the blue dye to my super strong shampoo.
Cannot buy new shampoo bc waiting for car to be fixed.
I'm in a cycle idk how to handle it halp it's been more than a week since I washed hairs.
Do you happen to have baking soda? I think it can be used as dry shampoo in a pinch. I don't think it strips color, either.
It doesn't take care of the Cold problem, but just rinsing your hair under hot water for a while while running your fingers through it can help you fake it a few more days. It helps distribute the oil down the length of your hair instead of being so heavily concentrated near your scalp. Patting it with a clean towel and then continuing to finger comb while using a hair dryer can also help.
Fair warning though, I have no idea how this would affect color treated hair.
You could mix a small amount of your shampoo with water to weaken it and use that.
can somebody check i've gone to the gym in about 13 hours?
Hey, how's heading to the gym going?
i did it! thanks
Does anyone know of an app that'll tell me when to go to sleep and wake up. I'm having alot of trouble going to bed before midnight for more than 2 days in a row. I've found several that will wake me up with smart technology or something, but no special features for helping me get to bed at a decent hour.
I've used the alarm on my phone, but half the time I ignore it or won't set it.
There's a feature in the iPhone clock settings called Bedtime, but I haven't tried it myself since I didn't think it would mesh too well with my non-24 hour circadian rhythm. The internet says it attempts to gamify sleep to encourage the user. The app says it will give you a reminder for going to sleep, which kinda sounds less useful to me than an alarm personally. I'm not sure about what's available for other mobile operating systems.
