I h ave... guys, I have so many ideas. But on the other hand most of my other Destiny fanfic is no longer canon compliant which I suppose is what I get for writing for a game with a constantly updated storyline.

John- Warlock, floaty bullshit, probably Stormcaller. That or Sunbreaker Titan because hammers
Jane - Also warlock, likes to investigate
Jake- Hunter, bit of a yee haw, Gunslinger
Jade- Either warlock or hunter can't decide
Dave - Hunter, he thinks he's so cool. The knifey void one
Dirk- Hunter, Arc Strider. come on. He's gotta be.
Rose- Warlock, probably a thanatonaut
Roxy - Hunter, snipes, Shadowshot.

Aradia- Warlock, definitely a thanatonaut
Sollux- Warlock, Chaos Reach babeeeey
Tavros- tough one, will come back to this
Karkat- Titan, due to protective nature
Nepeta- Hunter, Blade Barrage
Kanaya- Titan. Particularly attached to the Lament
Terezi- Warlock, praxic order
Vriska- Hunter, Gloomstalker (edgy stasis 8itch)
Equius- Titan, either Striker or Behemoth. (I know a case could be made for Void but... punching. Come on.)
Gamzee- also a tough one, but probably a Stasis user
Eridan- Hunter, Gunslinger
Feferi- I WANT to say Titan but I couldn't say why.

Damara- Hunter
Mituna- same as Sollux but even more likely to vaporise you
Rufioh-
Kankri- the bitchiest Praxic warlock. Doesn't want to kill you but will Well, Actually you straight into the Darkness' hands.
Meulin- Warlock, gets a bit too into Stasis really quickly
Porrim- Titan. Ward of Dawn
Latula- Hunter, Arc Strider
Aranea- Warlock, never leaves the damn City. Maybe a Cryptarch
Horuss- Void Titan. No emotions only strength.
Kurloz- Void or stasis but not sure what class
Cronus- Hunter. Still a shithead
Meenah- Hunter, arc strider. No trident class yet

 

Ok but consider: Equis void titan bc punch of overshield

 

Also plausible but Striker and Behemoth are more punch-oriented
