Maybe I'm picking the wrong dialogue choices? Hm. ANDRONIKOS AND GABRIJEL ELOPED ON THEIR WAY TO CORELLIA TO FIGHT THANATON!!!! I LOVE the point when that dialogue scene triggers. Perfect romantic timing. I like to picture them taking a selfie together and posting it to Spacebook with the tags "#justmarried" "darth thanaton" and "wish you were here" Thanaton breaks his datapad when he sees it. :>
STILL not over the name of Charnus's ship. "Tears of Taris?" Looks like we've got ourselves an EDGEMARQUIS over here! I have this feeling that Darth Decimus and Darth Vengean were at one point intended to be the same character, considering that they're basically identical and I think might even have the same voice actor.
I can't believe Spider didn't mention that Rejalgar totally adores lower-city street food. Guess where he and Vashti and Isilta will be eating while they're on Corellia? XD
I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT EITHER We've literally already done a scene before where some deep Dark Side philosophy gets discussed over fried food.
That too. The fried food was part of an overture in getting a pureblood who was raised by the Jedi to turn towards the Dark Side. Basically Rejalgar decided "okay you know what you need? A DAY AT THE MALL."
Note that he was well into his career as the Wrath at this point. Being the Wrath does not preclude having fun on shopping trips.
I can't decide if Isilta would be Above that sort of thing or like, "Oh shit yes, I haven't had perithraki hotwings in years." Maybe she'll make a point of knowing her Fine Wine and the Proper way to eat Manaan sea snails (for a cover if nothing else) and if anyone questions her willingness to eat cheap street food, they get their wings stolen because they were busy talking instead of eating.
If nothing else she can put up a token protest until Vashti throws her over her shoulder and *carries her* into the greasy spoon, because oh HELL no! You are not passing up some gen-u-ine real people food, all that that wine and snails CANNOT be good for you!
YES EXCELLENT So how do we want to roll out this RP? Embellish on the story as we play through? Spin off a plot thread of our own that runs parallel to the story? How do two decidedly not-Sith crash into a big red beefcastle? (He could blow or nearly blow Isilta's cover at a schmancy Sith party assassination?) Also I vote "Bring Bacta, Guns and Money (Because the Sith has Hit the Fan)" for RP Title.
I second that title! And I am also open to new plot suggestions, though paralleling the game's plot also sounds like lots of fun. Not like there isn't plenty of shenanigans to partake in already. XD
I'm good with parallelism and filling in the blanks and plot holes like "Why the fuck does Vector not comment on what should be obvious pheromone changes due to brainfuckery that are obvious because BIOLOGY" and if we spin off, we spin off :D. We're about to head into Kaas City anyway, that's probably the best place to encounter Rejalgar. Also Isilta now has sweet digs in Kaas City that can be base of operations. II would probably provide a (small) housing stipend for Agents, because it's not like you can keep spies in a barracks.
As to how the big red beefcastle might encounter them: it's entirely within his character to potentially hire a bounty hunter, especially during Chapter 2 and he's becoming increasingly aware that Baras is probably going to be screwing him over within the year. Using a working relationship with Vashti as a way to introduce him is therefore a possibility.
Oh hey, I had an idea. What if we start the game with Rejalgar hiring for Vashti for...something, and Isilta presents herself as another bounty hunter for...idk, reasons? It's after midnight, I'm not running on all gears.
That could work. I don't see why Isilta wouldn't freelance or if nothing else, II could throw a bounty on someone and send Agents, not particularly caring how the mark gets dead so long as they get thoroughly fucking dead. Or maybe Vashti isn't the type for infiltration ('everything is on fire' isn't exactly subtle or discreet) so she partners with Isilta for the paranoid Colonel that is selling military secrets, or the racist ambassador that needs to be lured out for capture but won't be caught dead (ha) with a Twi'lek
Finally playing more of the Inquisitor plot line. Only just left Dromund Kaas, but gosh I am having fun. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bx5s65r-fg47bW9ZNUUzbl9YUWs Since I've been taking screenshots, here's Sericus. Despite some glee over having his own ship now, all this business with Zash feels like it's building to drama of some kind and he is not happy with that. Her behavior before and after he killed Skotia definitely cemented that feeling. Also am I the only one who thinks that someone should make a Nova Skotia because if that hasn't happened yet it totally should.
