For my new save I've gone with the Riverlands farm which is now home to a little lilac guy named Merrow. Gonna fish my heart out - I'm using a game pad to control and fishing is so much easier. Undecided on who to romance but yeah it's probably Shane.
Spoiler: this is all i wanted from the shane marriage he doesn't work at joja anymore he has his chickens he's retained his personality after marriage and has realistic character development. i love this human disaster zone ;u;
Ever since Maru took me stargazing I've wanted to do one where I marry her, and these farmer backstories are inspiring me. Especially the half-dryad one. Imma make an anthropomorphic fallen star a la Stardust. Maybe Hilltop (mining) farm because of elevation? There will be a dog. It will be named Procyon. Possibly cows/goats will be a focus for the sake of Milky Way jokes.
This sweet fuckin mod got updated so obviously I had to immediately cobble together different hair dos and edit one of these dresses so I can wear PRETTY DRESSES for my dang wedding and the flower dance. Flower hair for flower dance~ Gotta get that fancy updo for WEDDING Alt outfit! I'm still trying to come up with decent winter/rainy weather clothes. Long sleeves and mittens might not be possible.
@Ruevian okay so I got everything working, except that i am in a forest farm, and the plant in the corner, and the dresser are in the same spot. how do i fix this?
Hm, are some of those skirt options available for male characters? Because if it'd be a lot of fun to have Hawke running around in anything that looks plausibly kilt-like. (Farmboy's gonna resemble his DA2 self after a year on the farm. It's only his terrible jokes that keeps the entire town from swooning at his feet.)
I'M PSYCHED I'll check out the mod tomorrow and set up a bunch of outfits for him Move over, Hayley, Gennady Hawke is going to be the most fashionable person in Pelican Town!
I have a weird work schedule this week and the next two days off...it's Time. It's time to romance Maru and live my farming dreams (round 2) B)
@Ruevian I'm trying to do the mod, but I can't figure out how to work the SMAPI thing it says it needs, halp?
Put all the unzipped SMAPI stuff in your Stardew folder. It'll have a modded .exe of the game and a folder called Mods. Put the Get Dressed folder in the Mods folder, then access the game with StardewModdingAPI.exe!
