You gave me the inspiration to mess with my farmhouse, even if I'm missing all the furniture mods I usually run... orz I feel I need to convert one of the empty rooms into an arcane rituals room, but the best option would be what is currently the library / cozy reading area... Spoiler: Farmhouse And apparently my screenshot mod doesn't grok that there's a second spouse area there. Whoops. Also I needed a bigger greenhouse so I made one. Spoiler: Greenhouse
thanks ^^_^^ and yeah, i probably will. just need to stomp out the last few bugs and do some decorating. figure out if i can make cave carrots and void shrooms plantable in there. make the edges of the water pool plantable for tea, modded tea, and rice. stuff like that. most notable bug rn: you can walk onto the water from the bridges.
For the bridge bug, make the water tiles next to the bridge have the Passable property on the back layer set to T! It's a toggle and on the Back layer is on by default, so toggling it (with T) makes it impassible. If cave carrots and void shrooms are not plantable elsewhere you will need a JsonAssets mod to make them plantable. If they're plantable elsewhere but not in the vanilla greenhouse, you might need an additional map property (from whereever void shrooms grow) or a C# mod to make them plantable in the greenhouse. The water pools might just need the Tillable property set?
i went for putting water on higher layers as well so it becomes impassable xxD my current issue with diggability is that rn i havent figured out how to mass-edit a set of tiles in Tiled to add the diggable tag, there's gotta be a quicker way than rightclick tile with stamp, select layer properties from layer dropdown, add custom property, type in data; repeat ad infinitam. the reason the screenshot shows stuff there is because i used a custom tillability mod ingame that enables me to make everything tillable... the cave carrots and void shrooms were plantable in caves until 1.5, then the mod broke a little bit. the items are still there, but no new void shrooms spawn in the mines, so that might be a compatibility issue.
@Wingyl https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/7606/ Here you go, all your fault. I hope I didn't muck up the content json or some nonsense.
So in my original save I have everything needed for 100% Perfection EXCEPT shipping Radioactive Ore and Bar, and crafting the last four recipes that use one of them. If I could get my hands on 18 pieces of Radioactive Ore, I would be done. I tried the Skull Cavern Invasion once before and it kicked my ass, so I decided to do some of the other stuff first and farm up more Cinder Shards for weapon enchantment and ring combining. Now I am as ready as I'll be... and Qi just refuses to offer me the Danger in the Deep or Skull Cavern Invasion quests. :( I am midway into Summer on Y13., and every week it's "Ship 100k of food or Junimo Kart?" "50 Loved gifts or Junimo Kart?" "50 loved gifts or 4 prismatic shards?". I swear this save is cursed. Way back before Artifact Troves I played it well into Y7 before I got the last Prehistoric Tibia needed for the museum. In the meantime I've arranged the Ginger Island house to my liking. Spoiler
if anyone wants to do multiplayer, I'd love to try out the beach farm with a friend sometime, make it less intimidating in the early game lul
Woo! 100% Completion, done! I got to see the view from The Summit and got a statue that spits out Prismatic Shards every morning. :) I guess next I move on to save #2 to do the same thing...
I just go and look into various storage chests and that reminds me what I was doing! And there's various utilities that help.
have gotten to year 2 in the file my cousin and i started after the new patch came out! we've been playing on the beach farm and are enjoying ourselves finding the new stuff. and i think i might date sebastian this time! usually i'm all elliott elliott elliott because hello, writer man with long luxurious hair, *heart eyes* but i thought this time i'd branch out.
the bible belt strikes again (im laughing so hard, and also not clicking on that link) Spoiler: there are no words
Ah, yes, the friendly Christian Hermit, who trafficks with spirites and binds them to his will, who makes agreements with denizens of the underworld to follow his rules, that Christian Hermit.
