I decided that it's something I can edit later if someone takes issue. (Unless of course that means some sort of permanent "how dare you" as if I was trying to offend.)

But yeah, it's sorta not analog to how transgender works in the real world. Most of the people are unhappy/learn to adjust or embrace it if they change genders, where the people who would have wanted it to happen are a minority of a minority. One story I'm thinking of is a literal bitch who was in a male prison. This was early enough where they were the only Changed there.

It's itchy as all getouts because the first reaction is to find it condescending. But I try to approach things from "they're trying to be nice" first without getting a riled up about the offense.

no, it wasn't intended to be any kind of "how dare you". mostly I mentioned it for the benefit of people who didn't go to check out the page, to give some context for the actual usage of the term "TG" in this universe
