So Disney released a preview of their new resort. It's a Star Wars... Cruise themed... thing. You have, presumably, a building somewhere (with a 99% chance of being a corrugated steel box, but okay, whatever) that's part of a simulated cruise ship IN SPACE. Like, they're advertising fake television windows as an actual feature. There's a simulator ride required to enter and exit the premises. Three thousand dollars a night (two nights only, on a schedule.) Minimum. The First and currently only response on the FAQ is 'No, the Galactic Starcruiser does not actually take you to space'.
Exactly what I want to do when I’m exhausted from a day at the parks, with my children and toddlers who are all exhausted from a day at the parks, is wait in line and take one more ride just to get back to our shitty overpriced box of a hotel room where tv screens are playing from every wall at all hours.
