Creating this thread because... I don't know, transracial/transnational (both at once!) adoption can really fuck up one's racial identity and ties to their culture. It's weird as fuck and I had difficulty even pinning this sort of schrödinger's POC that was going on until I learned a few months ago, hey, there's a word for that. Also if you're in the same boat feel free to talk about that shit, because I'd love a discussion on the whole of thissss.... it can create some alienation from other POC.
