so in rewatching again i started down a really bad and horrible path

when nomura and draal fight for the first time and she's egging him on by taunting him about kanjigar, she mentions bular liked hearing his screams and like. yes. villains do that

but consider: bular/nomura sex-only relationship. there's nothing romantic between them and she probably fucked him out of spite because that would piss draal off so much

alternatively she falls for him and nomura stop picking meatheaded fightpeople to get heart eyes emoji over whats wrong with you

BONUS: DROMURA WAS SOMEWHAT HEALTHY BUT DADJIGAR DIDN'T APPROVE AND DRAAL WAS THE ONE THAT BROKE IT OFF AND THAT'S WHY NOMURA IS SO PISS'T. IT WASN'T A PLOY TO GET CLOSER TO THE OTHER TEAM AT ALL AND IT WAS ACTUALLY A MUTUAL ATTRACTION
