does anyone have the amulet mantra/s on hand bc it might specify Only One but my pet theory is that the trollhunters used to be an order of permanently bound magic knights using amulets made by merlin, and meant to be a parallel to the knights of the round in arthurian legend (which would also offer an explanation as to why older trolls like vendel know about the Stone Upgrading Thing despite jim's amulet not having any set in--even if they can be switched out you'd think kanjigar, or trollhunters before him, would use that shit to his advantage--because it's How Merlin Armor Works, there's just only one suit left)

I believe that's both of them.

i think that's probably what you were thinking of yeah.

there was also when strickler and bular attempted to use the amulet, and it specifically said "daylight is his to command"

is the triumbric stones poem, which i guess once you use the stones on the amulet turns it into one of eclipse, not daylight, since that's what gunmar's eye does, specifically.

i hope there's some sort of equivalent exchange going on. Getting an awesome new power like that shouldn't be wield-able immediately but i mean this sure is an instant gratification show isn't it....

tangently related but the Myrddin Wyllt is welsh for Merlin, basically. Myrddin the Wild, for a direct translation. Not very secretive but it's some nice factoid trivia point.
