    Oh, geez. I'm not really sure? *thinks* Okay, gonna have to go with Toby and Arr (sp? [FUCK I think I just accidentally a spoiler when trying to look up how to spell...])
    I was very sad about Strickler though. Like Jim's first interaction with him had me going "Oooh, a Good Teacher! This is gonna be great!" And then that was completely and utterly ruined in the first episode :P (I mean he's still an interesting character in a villian way, but yeah not what I thought at first)
    okay now that I've thought about it definitely Toby<>Arr. I'm a fan of Jim and Claire too, but I usually do like the canon romances :P I'm sure you all can convince me of more!

    (if you like garbage, strickler/jim is always a good way to go cuz that's a nice fucked up dynamic)
    (also the entire fandom has a boner for strickler/barbara which... is ok. there needs to be more fanfic about them that isn't just the same generic fluff tho :V)
