I am not even remotely sorry. Not one gosh darned bit. I love this show to bits, even with it's problems. (DEAR LORD the romance between Jim and Claire is dry and boring.) Now everyone gets to suffer with me and April.

 

Claire is "Nunez" right? I'm not fond of the in your face LOOK SHES HISPANOL MAMACITA but she's had like. Five lines so far.

This can only go down from here

 

Yeah that's her. She's... meh. She does get some more personality as the series goes along, but is certainly not my favorite. She's just a bit on the bland side.

 

This show has five plots at once and I can do without the forced Spanish, por favor

Just oops, I kind of get the impression of him being autistic. My brain kind of has connected the whole idea of changelings myths being linked to autistic kids, and then looked at this and went 'yep. i could see it' at him. Just. The way he moves and acts and talks always strikes me as so deliberate. Reminds me of how I do things. He often is seen stimming with a pen. I don't know man sure he's a bad guy but also oops I feel it in my bones man. My booooonesssssss

 

Actually I lied. All the changelings are headcanoned as autistic by me. Sorry that's just how it is.

Another thing I noticed. Draal appears to have some form of scarring, but whether it is crystal or some other substance is hard to tell. (I think it looks pretty crystalline to me, but it also was mentioned later in the show that trolls sometimes seal wounds with hot metal... so its a toss up on what it is.)
