I don't know how old Bingle is, but he's recognizably one of the Cwn Annwn - white body, red ears, though I'm not sure what breed he looks most like. Irish wolfhound, maybe?

 

If that is inaccurate Bingle-speak I can edit. That'd be my dog's reaction. Eva isn't anti-dog. If the dog is chill, she's chill.

 

So the pack I'm referencing Chance and Ambrose knowing are actually a nomadic pack of werewolves who stick pretty much to themselves and spend about as much time as humans as wolves. Most of them are born wolves. They can breed with regular wolves as well as regular humans. Even in human form they have some very wolfish mannerisms. They have kind of a cool culture, very family based. They also have their own human language that corresponds to how they'd speak in wolf form. They're slightly telepathic too, so how they convey those ideas in language is different than how most human languages work.

 

That sounds almost exactly like Eva's pack, I'm thinking Eva isn't telepathic per se, but in wolf form she's a strong projective empath. She can't make words at you but you get strong impressions of feelings and picture descriptions, if that makes sense.

And her body language is easier to read than a dogs, since she incorporates things like shrugging and her face is more mobile so she can do things like Skeptical Eyebrow.

Soulace: Anyway he accidentally hurts his son's feelings because when he goes to visit his family his son hands him this week old dead squirrel (his first kill!) and he's like.... What is this why are you give int me a dead animal

Soulace: The Lykos-Lowells are actually my favourite character family
Soulace: because they are so awkward with each other and my other characters

Eva is definitely in the "Yes but why?!" camp for clothes. She owns one shirt, one skirt, and a bodice. If it's cold she just shifts.

Okay i need to figure out what it is eating His family's sheep. I originally I set it up as a plot hook for whatever VR had in mind but it looks like that's been derailed, so I guess I need to get on that myself.

Oooh I like that idea. Iwas thinking a troll like in the traditional sense. Big, kind of looks like it's made out of rocks and hair. Only to find out it's knocking aroun the farm because something bigger and meaner chased it out of it's cave
