Yup. No explanation was given for why a giant robot (which isn't even canonically sentient—this isn't Evangelion) would want to have babies with a human anyway even if it could, or if the kids would come out half-human and half-mecha, or, well, anything really. I've never known another fanfic writer to so consistently operate by dream logic. I mean okay I admit Deathscythe Hell is one sexy giant robot, but the story as I recall wasn't even really explicit enough to be kinky fap material…

I mean yeah, pretty much. Spoiler: definition talk under cut Not necessarily in all cases, and of course legal definitions change depending on jurisdiction. I'd personally say any sex that at least one involved party does not want to be happening counts enough for tagging, regardless of the perpetrator's motivation, or how "right"/"normal" the act is supposed to be according to the society being depicted. But yeah, rape is often more about domination than sexual attraction.
