look, i understand entirely what "chose not to use archive warnings" means, but. i feel like when you have an extremely Taboo Topic in your fic and there isnt any hint towards it at all, i feel like thats kind of pushing the limits. not even mentioning it in the authors notes seems MEAN to me, because it was like walking in expecting an orgy and getting something from dead ringers instead. or teeth. i at LEAST want a hint beforehand

Situations which are not only OOC but where I can see very obvious options none of the characters think of. Specific example I'm thinking of was one involving a supernatural hallucination-thing curse in which everyone who passed through it would be confronted with their greatest fear and forced to choose between it hurting themselves or their loved one. It was set up to shill the favourite pairing and bash the canon ones, and the canon pairings would never betray each other like that, but I can also think of at least two more options than just telling the vision to attack them or their partner; for example, pre-emptively attacking the vision, or remembering that it is only a vision and telling it to fuck off. Not saying either option would work, but it's annoying that no one tried.

Knives out is a very good movie. Unfortunately the character in it I care the least about is played by Chris Evans in a cable knit sweater. He's not a bad character by any means but I absolutely do not want to read about him. Ao3's filtering is has saved my ass but Tumblr is much trickier.
A brand new bit of obnoxiousness! There's 41 chapters. Every single chapter is just a ~300 word roleplay profile like you'd see in someone's first post on a forum. There's nothing else to it. Why the fuck do people use AO3 as a roleplay meet and greet.

Fic I was giving you a lot of leeway, including for the dipshit "canon female character (who would never fucking do anything like this) seducing a guy into cheating on his boyfriend because icky girls" plot point, but I cannot take the grizzled military man and lifelong soldier, who in this au is the literal fucking grim reaper, saying, "You may be able to pull your little twink moves on others, but that shit won’t fly with me."
