Heh, yeah. That's why I'm putting [brackets] around all the words I replace. So that way I've got the reminder that it's not what it really says, and I can pause and back-translate it if I suspect it's misplaced.

I've got the names of some celebrities I dislike changed to "a slice of damp bread", "Snooty McSnotwhine", "a moldy croissant", and "garbage juice". "Yikes" is "oh my stars and garters", "shippers" is "sneople, or snake people," and "antis" is "sneople (snail people)". Edit: I also have "mini cooper" changed to "shit" because there is something wrong with this computer that I bought from a friend, and every time the word shit appears on a website it changes to mini cooper and no one has been able to figure out why. Hahaha.
Someone should totally replace "queerbaiting" with "gain't" and/or "lesbisn't" not because of bad tumblr discourse, really, the worst of that has come and gone for queerbaiting, just for the pun.
