Yeah I got real lucky with that one, the only maintenance I ever do is dump out excess water from it's pot after a huge rain. Not sure on the kind though, a friend gave it to me
we've been watching 'one piece' lately and every time there's a giant monster of some kind nick goes "it's a friend!!!" all monsters are friends, apparently my kid is so cute :3
I don't know whether this thread counts as the place to put this but it has made me happier; I have, for the past couple of months, been successfully avoiding getting into pointless fights or making bitchy comments on social media, and I'm pretty happy about that! I have to be careful where I go on interactive sites like Tumblr and Pinterest (no more looking at the "recommended" page) but once I got in the habit of doing that it's okay.
My LARP recently developed a mobile app for our record keeping website. It's pretty limited utility so far, but it does everything it's supposed to do super smoothly and without having to navigate the fiddly, buggy menus that the full version is infamous for. I just put in today's sign ins from bed, and next week I'll be able to do them on-field as people show up.
After days of severe thunderstorm warnings, we finally got a good one, and not on a day when I'd be at risk of having to walk home in it.
today i saw a dude in a bulldozer use the scoop to nudge two knocked-over traffic cones very gently back upright. it was adorable
Holy Shit those are gorgeous! I can't decide if I like the wedding cake or the norbert cake more :0 :0 :0
medieval bestiary bees!! they‘re so round and charming!! ‚the smallest of birds‘... also it turns out you can just Do clownish makeup on yourself whenever? this is not a joke abt me being a fool, I drew a star + longer mouth on my face yesterday and it was really fun!
I wonder what´s up with how medieval bestiaries drew critters. I mean it´s not like they couldn´t see what the critter looked like, especially something like a bee. So why do they draw them like that? Gotta be a reason.
