I can strongly recommend these (or any cheaper knockoffs) to anyone who finds it irritating to have earbuds in, or is prone to ear infections, like me.
There are SO MANY ducklings and cygnets around on the river we walk by to town! One of the ducks must have about ten ducklings and they’re all so small and so good! :3

I just finished running a session of Curse of Strahd and for the first time ever I feel like I have been a good DM! I trust that they’ve had a good time before now (I mean, they come back!) but this game felt electric. I’ve never seen them so engaged and enthused and they were wildly speculating and celebrating their survival post-game for ages. The vibes were perfect and I will ride this high for the next week or so I’m sure!! Delicious!!
coworker who lives in the brood x zone brought some good goth lads into work, so I have now seen them in person!
Finished a fanfic today. It was my first experience with what can generously be called longfic and came out to about 87k when I posted the final chapter. I started writing the bones of the fic about 11 months ago, started the fic proper for nanowrimo, and put the finishing touches on the final chapter this week. It's not world changingly amazing or anything, but I'm really proud of it, and really proud of myself for finishing it. It's for After the Storm, if you want to give it a look.

I'd been really sad and anxious recently because I hadn't played dnd in almost a month, then on tuesday two of my campaigns picked up again for the first time in ages and I played for almost 6 hours. It was a lot of fun, and I absolutely needed it. I feel so much better having had some creative time and some fun with my friends.
