there's a BLAME! movie! if u like decaying cyber-dystopias and robo-laser fights and have a Netflix account u should check it out: https://www.netflix.com/ca/title/80115466 it looks like it's really faithful to the manga while still being a watchable movie that might actually make sense to someone with no outside context. and no weird anime shenanigans! just good ol' haunting scenery and horrific killer machines. my crops are healed, my dog is enlightened, my pores are a well-managed small business... life is pretty good rn
I ALMOST FORGOT i saw a jeep on the highway earlier and it was made up to look like a jurassic park jeep and holy shit it was cool and a bit disorienting but in a good way to see a thing from a special interest in real life
Matesprit found a whole bunch of plant containers on the side of the road and brought them home for me! I now guaranteed have enough pots for basically everything that's going to need to be transferred into a bigger container. Even, probably, the corn (which is awesome bc twelve inch tall containers would probably be hard to find).
ahahahahaha oh my god the funny thing is there's a bit of a Western gunslinger element to it, and a literal expelled-from-paradise theme, but there's no excuse for any of the rest of those movies. good lord.
Never heard of Blame before but watched the Netflix movie. It was awesome. Also enjoyed Expelled from Paradise.
AC is fiiiiiiiiiixed I slept well and woke up pleasantly cool even with blanket and cats on me and it was so nice.
Finally got around to changing my phone's notification sound from the moderately ear-piercing default. It's now the Wind Waker rupee noise, which is much gentler and nicer. ♥
