Frosted the inside of the oven yesterday, in the first part of cleaning it. Went to my first session of cognitive behavioural therapy today. Biked for a while, and then did the second half of cleaning the oven (wiping it down with a damp sponge, spraying it with vinegar and wiping with paper towel where it needed more scrubbing or where the baking soda had dried pretty thick).
Laundry finally, and picked up a prescription. A couple days ago i had another one faxed in for refills before it runs out this saturday

made basmati rice and chicken tikka masala. realized that's just a thing i can do. I can make and eat indian food any time I want. i can just do that. this is amazing. it's not even that hard. the rice is kind of a production but tikka masala is an easy slow cooker meal. 20 minutes of prep and I have 4 servings of dinner its really good and my house smells great
I made japanese curry for dinner today!! I portioned out making the rice and preparing the vegetables beforehand so I wasn't overwhelmed doing it all at once, but it was still quite an effort...but it tastes delicious, so it was worth the trouble!
