What Productive Thing Did You Do Today?

scheduled an appointment with the DMV and another one to drop off some clothing donations!

 

After spending most of today (and god knows how long over the past few months) poring over code I barely understand, I think I managed to fix an annoying bug in an app I use?

As a non-programmer, my main takeaway is that Java is a microaggression against people with ADHD.

 

Took out the compost and the garbage, and put new garbage bags around!

 

Cleared out my email inbox of 7,000+ emails, not an exaggeration in number... now there are only 40 left in there

 

Weeded a garden that wasn't even mine!

 

Went running, and passed 500 letters to voters!

Waiting to see if I have the laptop tolerance to get in some playtesting as well, but still a solid day if not.

 

Yesterday I folded my laundry, did my FAFSA, and started my state specific financial aid application. I also attempted to make a dentist appointment but I forgot that it was Juneteenth, which is a federal holiday.

Today I have sent several emails and am logging in to finish the financial aid application as I speak.

 

I finished a commission, outlined a gift art, and planned the supper menus for the coming week!

 

getting my car inspected finally! I don't expect it'll pass, but it's a start
