After spending most of today (and god knows how long over the past few months) poring over code I barely understand, I think I managed to fix an annoying bug in an app I use? As a non-programmer, my main takeaway is that Java is a microaggression against people with ADHD.

Yesterday I folded my laundry, did my FAFSA, and started my state specific financial aid application. I also attempted to make a dentist appointment but I forgot that it was Juneteenth, which is a federal holiday. Today I have sent several emails and am logging in to finish the financial aid application as I speak.
Finished changing all the IF Archive's crosslinks to handy clickable form. Also, put a whole lot of potatoes in bags.
I have: vacuumed out the little heater in the sun room so that I can have warm feet retrieved the cool lamp which has been sitting unused in the corner of the living room for literal years and moved it to next to my chair in the sun room so that I have light to crochet by that does not make a horrible buzzing noise like the overhead lights vacuumed that as well Cleaned the toilet bowl Started a load of laundry Started the MASSIVE shoveling endeavor needed to get my car out of the driveway tomorrow so that I can go to work at 5am without waking up at 1:30-2 to do it then I am Nowhere Near finished but I need a break so I am having lunch and doing laundry
Car is FREE from the snow! And the driveway is COMPLETELY cleared, including the ridge by the road from the plow that was up to my diaphragm.
I shoveled the car free again. For the fifth time this week. I went and got cash. I am at the farm we are getting potatoes from. They are not answering my texts. I am just going to go to the farmer's market and come back when they answer me. I am very cold. Oh I almost forgot! I called the garage about getting my oil changed. Also I bought coolant/antifreeze and only needed a little help getting it into my car. It is a new (to me) car and the lever to open the hood is in a different place from my last one. I had to look it up in the manual. Also the latch to lift the hood is different from any other car I've driven. And I had to look up which compartment is for coolant. But! It is done. Although the coolant was two days ago, not today. Made me late to class, but alas that is the price you pay sometimes.
