whats with the lights?

IIIII am going to look that up! I got overloaded by lights last week, and I think my brain hasn't recovered because it's hissing at all bright lights. Do you know if these rose tinted lenses work for bright lights in general? (I will probably find this out by researching but uh yes I thought I would ask anyway)

Also I hate The Noise.

 

Not An Expert but some companies seem to sell a darker tint of FL41 as suitable for outdoors with the lighter tint being recommended for interior fluorescent, LED, monitors etc.
