@Wiwaxia My first post on page 4, rolled 4 for HP, and referred to the guardian as "Mama". The doll's name is "Arashi Matsuri" (last name, first name; literally means "storm festival") (the doll usually comes with a set of detacheable masks, those all lie about in the room, and as such, the doll was prototyped without one)

Now I've got a real important question - what age (range) are the characters?

 

That's a good point, I deliberately left my age out of it because I wasn't sure where we were going.
Do we follow canon and have them go in at 13?

 

Oooh yeah actually I meant to ask that yesterday. I guess our options are 13 (beta kids/trolls) or 16 (alpha kids), right?

 

Age is gonna be by the day we start, because we're in June and have 6 players, so we can get a # of players/age of players arc number the proper way.
Of course, we've got some leeway/fudginess in what we count as the "start." We could count today because everyone's character sheets are finalized, which would make everyone fifteen, or we could run at least a dummy session Saturday and count that as the start, which would make everyone 20, or...

yknow what, ima whip up some pics from various ages, everything earlier than whenever now turns out to be ends up framed as photos in the house, and everything else may or may not end up in the clouds or dream bubbles at some point.

 

Coupla questions about prototypings:

@whimsicalobservant The character Arashi can shapeshift, yes? Also what do they wear? (or at least what was the doll wearing at the time of prototyping)
@KarrinBlue What's the device on the battle flag?

 

Um, I have not thought of one. Why not make it an SBURB-related symbol - like a green castle in six parts, or a spirograph, or something?

It does not, but if people are cool with it there is recording software, as whimsicalobservant mentioned, and I can publish the chatlogs.

 

I'm totally cool with that (mostly because I have the narcissism and ego of a birb and like having other people read my things.)

Also re: age discussion, I...have no preference. I think I'm slightly leaning towards 20.
