I've been reading Seanan's Velveteen Vs short stories, and Velveteen's powers would work great for Sera. She can animate toys (and origami, and statues, and...) and make them fight, but they also spawn appropriate weapons and powers. Toy superheroes have their powers, plastic army men have tiny bullets, so on.

 

@An Actual Bird I'm reading thru Leon's blog and he is such a mom friend... trying to get the rest of us to have the tiniest bit of chill...

Oh hey, @An Actual Bird you should alchemize a combo of your modus card and a sketchbook to make sketch modus (or just a pictionary modus, idk) so that you can draw various fashion things, get the ghost image, and make them? Unless Leon really likes just sewing stuff himself, and I guess he could bootleg codes for cool materials to use back and forth between himselves...

 

He does like sewing, but not nearly so much as designing :P
