1. Yes, we're aware that McAfee is reporting this as a "malicious site", we don't know why. I have some indirect evidence suggesting someone filed a bogus report somewhere. In the mean time, doing some software updates. Probably safe/harmless, but things might be down occasionally until it's done.

a good Lallans word is platchin. It means really wet, just soaked through. Very onomatopoeic. See also 'droukit'.

here's a couple of unusual words I like:

petrichor - the scent that appears after it rains

sonder - the realization that random passersby have lives as complex, vivid, and nuanced as your own

pedipalps is such a cute word. maybe that's just because i love spiders, but it makes me think of gentle patting by tiny feets.

Samantala/ng meaning something akin to 'even so' 'meanwhile' 'whereas' 'on the other hand'

It just sounds cool, and my classmate was talking to me the other day and I heard it in his sentence and I remembered that I just enjoy the way the word sounds

Mimic/mimicry. A lovely sound and mouth feel. When I hear or see the word my mind is flooded with memories of childhood games and silly competitions
