Yeah it's really the only thing that makes sense, since Hester could conceivably drug Nurse with something to make her memory of the past day woozy but to set her up so fully she really needs someone who won't protest, preferably someone mysteriously missing. And it sounds like Oleta really did a doozy on her.

I'd feel bad but in a choice between 'stab the woman prepping me for my lobotomy a lot' and 'undergo a lobotomy', option 1 is really tempting.

Though I am tempted to now just call her Hastur anyway. Or at least draw a terrible picture of Oletta with a mysterious figure in a yellow robe with tentacles that is fondly regarding a painting.
