Porrim does many things but much of her time is spent arguing with Kankri, Cronus, and Horuss on ITA. Most of her time is spent arguing there.
Meanwhile, Damara would probably benefit from Trollsugi in theory but is too unwilling to actually talk to anyone.
Imagine their "Is This Abuse?" threads. They'd fit in very well, alas. Jame would be "I guess this was abusive maybe but my dad threw me out of the house at seven years old because of a physical deformity, then I was raised by my uncle but it turned out he was just grooming me to be his child bride, so I burned the house down and ran away to embark on a career in crime." Tori would be "My dad threw out my sister when she was just seven and I've never seen her since, and he killed our childhood nurse in the same fit of rage, and he kept me isolated by ordering the death of anyone who befriended me. I was lonely and scared every moment, and my father would tell me I was worthless until I had no self-esteem left. I ran away, eventually, and lived with very distant relatives."
Tori would need a thread and a half for all the fucking people he deals with. Christ. The Adric issues are just one thread all their own.
Also, I just remembered this post from the Hatoful Boyfriend thread: Spoiler And not only did it make me sad, it also made me think of when/in which timeline the Kintsugi thing would happen. Probably after BBL for the main cast, I guess? Edit: except possibly Hiyoko and Nageki.
FUCK IT its a free country leper messiah ocs: @Itch: has caused dozens of threads to be tempalocked for being a fighty little wankweasel @Scratch: reluctantly has a thread in brainbent. he claims its for his 'friend' though @Slick: even more reluctantly has an ita thread where he replies to everything saying 'holy shit that is SUPREMELY FUCKED UP how are you still alive' with a variation of 'sounds fake but ok' @Venus: here for the booze thread and nothing else
If we're doing OCs, then: Sol posts a lot pretty much everywhere except Fan Town and Make It So. And ITA, but that's because they got banned because all of their advice was some variation of "Kill them." Also a huge fan of the witchcraft thread. Peeps argues a lot with Sol in FID and Up The People (Sol is the kind of person who would think Bismuth didn't go far enough, while Peeps is much more reasonable), but they're actually both fine with each other and even RP together a lot. Posts a lot about AI rights (Future Tumblr voice: but that's a sluuuuur you need to say constructed instead) and some obscure video series. Always there to help and comfort people in Brainbent, WITNESS ME and ITA. (Note that those last two are on some equivalent of Kintsugi in their universe, but we're talking actual Kintsugi here.) @Dom Irossi probably wouldn't initially want to join the forum in the first place because he's currently really ableist. If he somehow joined, though, he'd rapidly align himself with the majority opinions of the forum because that's just what he does. Would have a vent thread and post in XX/XY and occasionally Braaaaains, but only to insist that he's totally neurotypical, guys. Sparks drama every few weeks, either due to splitting on someone or just because of a desperate need for attention, which got parts of his account restricted. But hey, he killed himself only like three times since joining the forums, so I guess it's still making him get better.
I'm not sure that being a horrible shitposting gremlin would disqualify one from being a kintsugijin. For the rest of the Undertale cast... (well, assuming you could actually get them on here in the first place) Toriel would probably be around offering support and sympathy to people, just barely forcing herself not to go full-on 'I AM YOUR MOTHER NOW THEY ARE FIRED' about people's shitty parents, plus very quietly looking into stuff about coping with grief for herself. Napstablook is still too shy to post anything, but he finally managed to make an account to use while he lurks and we're all very proud of him for it. Despite the fact that he could really, really use some advice about dealing with depression, PTSD, and various other traumas, Sans would go to pretty ridiculous lengths to avoid admitting that he's hurt or upset by anything, ever, but he'd join because Papyrus (and, to a lesser extent, Alphys) did, and just kind of casually hang around without actually admitting that he's going through anything. Good news is he might at least pick up some ideas about healthier coping mechanisms by sheer proximity. If Papyrus started spending enough time in autism-related stuff for it to become apparent that he's probably got something going on in that department, Sans would start looking into it too, especially the parts about how to be a supportive family member, because he's at least concerned about being a good brother, dammit. He'd probably also wind up comforting people or giving some decent advice in a relaxed, low-key way, just being a very patiently chill sounding board for people to talk things out with because, hey, it's no big deal he wasn't doing anything right now anyway. Mettaton... might or might not be self-aware enough to look into stuff about narcissistic issues. Hopefully. Gaster does not exist, which has become a recurring issue in the drama-related portions of the forum.
Dirk: Joined because Hal signed him up for it, comes back to his computer to find it open in a tab, browses out of curiosity. Hangs out a lot in Non-Fuckboy's Guide To The Apocalypse thread. Gives a lot of useful and very creative ideas, uploads blueprints and instruction manuals for makeshift water purification devices. Has requested a ban from the ITA subforum because Dave (if he's here at all) has a thread there and Hal occasionally contributes with his own experience and advice and he wants to respect their privacy, and also because cursory browsing before the ban sent him into a massive self-loathing depression spiral because what if he's just as bad as all these terrible people, holy fuck. Has many fantown threads, most prolific poster in the SBAHJ thread and his posts are usually painstaking literary essays dissecting the meanings of certain product placements and the absurdist humour. Has a subaccount where he's rather active on kinksugi, nobody who knows him is in any way fooled, change your typing style Dirk. Takes silly drawing requests in a Make It So thread, and in another about robotics talks extensively about their construction and programming. Participates in philosophical discussions a lot. Hal: Joined after scanning the internet for self-care strategies and resources for Dave, and discovering an excellent hub with a diverse population and perspectives. Makes people slightly uncomfortable because he's very interested in how their brains work, and often forgets to take emotions into consideration. Spends a lot of time in Make It So, trying to develop an increased understanding of why people sometimes make things for the sake of creating, rather than with an end goal. Has an actually subtle subaccount where he posts in Braaaaaains, usually if Dirk is doing something he can't quite wrap his head around. Also a prolific poster in the SBAHJ thread. Sometimes he and Dirk post conflicting analysis, and the thread has to be locked for a bit because their debates get too intense. They absolutely continue the debates IRL, they will not be stopped. Posts a lot of selfies. Paging @Makizushi because I'm interested in your interpretation of why/if Dave would join C:
Okay I have to say Hal being here is A++, I'm imagining his bullshit dissection style (as in dissecting things then slashing a thick layer of wtfeven in between them all) would be entertaining to some of us and highly upsetting to some of us and some mix to many more. More/Continued Undertale: Mettaton has a thread in Fan Town for his own stuff, and is the most frequent poster. He gets alerts from Napstablook liking things and then unliking them to hide evidence of their presence; they probably don't realize he gets the notifs. Asgore definitely wants to talk about his grief in Witness Me. Sharing cute stories about the kids is about the only time he and Toriel talk; she doesn't have him ignored mechanically, but. Well.
