All Aboard the Floating Dumpster: Trash Ships Ahoy

Eh... Now that I think about it, most of the time the smut is only dealing with two or three of them at once, with the understanding that they're one part of a six-way polycule, at least in the Western fandom. The Japanese fandom is more likely to just have it be, say, Ichimatsu and Karamatsu are a thing and they're hiding it from the others.
However! There is one fic I quite like that has the five "older" brothers taking turns fucking Todomatsu, with everyone in the same room watching the action. I didn't find it confusing at all. (And then some very sweet aftercare. Osomatsu is such a great combination of sleazy and tasteless + sincerely caring.)

Side note: I find it cute that both the show and the fandom take the brothers' places in the birth order seriously even though they're all literally the same age.

re: osomatsu-san not only do i ship all the sextuplets in varying combos (yesss karaichi) but also touoso, the ship whose entire idea is set on "this dude tried to kill osomatsu once so what if he came back"

Also I still have yet to see the new star wars but just from dashboard osmosis i agree with anakin/kylo so bad? and also the space fascist trash ship, if only because of just "all that you love will be carried away" and all the related fanart.

I think I'm just super weak to all kinds of trash fics, the unhealthier the dynamic the more fascinated i am with it. It's funny but im p sure Ive been like this for like, ever, as soon as I realized what shipping was

 

Oh man, I found out about touoso through talking with a bunch of people at a con in a osomatsu draw meet and that's just. Good fun memory, love the fucked up kidnapping ship even more for it.

Rose/Scratch is one I have never been able to get behind. Which is interesting given that I like abusive Bro/Dave and Bro/Rose. Scratch just enters the zone of "actually sexless" or "uncomfortably sexual and in a very, very bad and unfun way". I do like reading things where he is abusing young girls and I've rped that sort of thing before. It's just not a ship to me. It's more...Something. Else. There is a disconnect in my brain.

 

Pairing might work? Maybe. It's a dynamic I like to see at any rate, but just not something I say I ship. Which is interesting again because wow I ship some fucked up shit.

 

Ooh, I remembered another problematic fave! God damn motha fuckin' Amporacest (Dualscar variety). And Bro/John. Younger partner naively thinking the older partner is just SO COOL and doing their best to do whatever they ask, trying to impress them, they're so young and this is the sexiest situation they've ever been in, they're just so lucky to get to do this with HIM and it's blowing their mind.

I'm also fond of Dualscar/Condesce where Connie takes all that lovely sick Ampora obsessive devotion and uses it to wrap Dualscar around her claws like a plaything and yank him around by the bulge.

Basically I love ships where Amporas get exactly what they think they want and end up in waaaay over their heads.

 

Dave/Rose is totally my favorite Homestuck 'cest ship. It's the totally self-conscious 'we are so fucked up' loathing/guilt behind the chemistry they can't deny that gets me.

Amporas making bad decisions can be pretty great. I fondly recall roach's Imperial Pop Star stuff.

In the interest of bringing a few more ladies into this bulgefest, may I speak of Jasper and Lapis? I've not seen much fic I really click with yet, but hnfh that circlejerk of bad decisions and too much history to let go. Also: bondage, power struggles, size differences.

(And, yes, of course, ceruleancynic pulled me deep deep into the Kylux sarlaac pit in about one chapter.)
