If I made a thread specifically for fanfic prompts for a specific fandom, should that go in fan town or make it so? (is this a good place to ask this?)

Is there some sort of creator whine thread? Like an artist or writer gripes thread, or someplace to just go and be dramatic about how much you hate your art block (and maybe ask for some ways to break it)?

My partner just did a form interview for queer authors to help them promote their books in that sort of space because she couldn't find anything quite like that. I'd like to put up a link, because I'm pretty sure a few Kintsugijin have published or are publishing books, and it seems like it'd maybe be neat. But I'm unsure if a new thread for it is the right move, and not sure if it'd fit best in Make It So, XX/XY, or General Chatter. Any suggestions?
