It doesn't look like we have a thread about streaming, but it seems like there's at least a couple who are into that. I was thinking sth like the Fiction Showcase thread, but for folks' stream channels, plus general conversation about the topic (how to do things, streaming news, other streamers you like, etc etc).

1) am I correct that we don't yet have a streaming thread

And if so
2) shall I go ahead and make it? Wanna call it "I Stream You Stream We All Stream For Ice Cream" in make it so

 

I'm at least not aware of one! Might be interesting, tho i am not very experienced yet.

Hey guys! Would anyone be interested in a thread in Make It So listing stuff we have and stuff we need to build our Ideal Homestead/Minifarm/Artist Colony/Whatever?

For instance, last night I posted the following in my status bar:

We could list our stats, skills, locations and resources, and put together our dream teams, and call it Ultimate Fantasy Mini-farm League, or something of the sort.

What do y’all think?

 

I like it conceptually! I'm more likely to participate in sharing info & mailing trades, maybe, rather than literal property sharing bc Roommate Trauma, but a dedicated homesteading resources thread could be cool! (I actually know a little bit about silkworms from a perseveration binge sometime in the last year, btw!)

 

Oh, yeah, for my part at least, right now all this is heavily hypothetical.

I’m thinking realness attribute should be one of the stats we list, and that can run the gamut between “Eff yeah, we can do this!” and “Well, first we have to figure out the logistics for the closet teleporter and the unicorn that shits gold coins.”

But for the moment I am all about learning more about silkworms. Hells yeah.
