Do we want a general Dolls/Customs/Repaints/BJD thread? Like. For everything around collectible and custom dolls and that whole scene, and fan screaming about the pretties we find or own or make?

 

Would model kits count? I’ve been getting into gundam models lately.

 

sure I'd think so. it's a custom thing you'd be making and painting. c: action figures would also count if they've got customization.

Would anyone else want a thread for the oddly specific words/phrases/tropes/gestures/etc. you find yourself falling back on in creative work over and over? For either celebration or exorcism purposes.

If I were to make a thread for "if you were a Magical Girl/Boy/Enby what would your theme/powers/transformation sequence/outfit/etc be like?", would people be interested in that? (Also where would it go?)

checkin around here if anyone would be interested in a Disco Elysium thread? It's a cool game! And to be honest, i've just been telling everyone I know how cool it is in hopes they will play it as well and then talk to them about it haha (if any of ya'll is interested in a sorta hybrid point n click crpg detective mystery game, all narrative, no combat, great writing! It's good, i'm promoting it, that it's a fun game with cool characters and wacky hijinks abound!)

But! It is simply my current interest, so i'm just sorta In The Zone thinking about it all the time as it were. If nothing else, i'll just be talking about it in my thread and posting fanart in the art channels :))

Since it’s all I’ve been doing for the last month or so and some other people seem into it as well: do we want an ESO Fan Town thread? Or should we necro the old TES thread for that?

Late reply, but yeah it’s reassuring to hear that! It’s just that I’ve seen that nobody has posted in the general TES thread for a while so I wasn’t sure if it’s okay to bring it back or not.

I’m actually on a TES sabbatical for my own sanity right now, but when I get back to it and want to talk about it I’ll giving resurrecting the thread a shot, mark my words :P

What's HLVRAI? It's like streams done by a gamer (wayneradiotv) and his friends, on a VR thing, where wayne plays Gordon Freeman, and the friends play other half life models, and its a wacky funny adventure. The streams have also been edited down into episodes and theyre on YouTube. I've never actually watched the whole thing, i know nothing about original Half Life, and in general I pick and choose the canon I like - but it's a fun watch if you like watching goofs and streams and its like a weird RP by friends. Compilation clips on youtube by fans also work if you wanna check it out.

 

i am not-not interested, def gonna check out the youtube playlist but wouldnt mind a thread besides my yell thread to dump thoughts ab it in!
